James Colbert was an Irish politician and farmer. He was first elected to Dáil Éireann as a Sinn Féin Teachta Dála (TD) for the Limerick constituency at the 1923 general election. He did not take his seat in the 4th Dáil due to Sinn Féin's abstentionist policy. He was elected as a Fianna Fáil TD at the June 1927 general election. He was re-elected at the September 1927 and 1932 general elections. He lost his seat at the 1933 general election.

He lost his seat at the 1932 general election.

Seán Carroll (20 January 1892 – 1 February 1954) was an Irish politician. He was first elected to Dáil Éireann as a Sinn Féin Teachta Dála (TD) for the Limerick constituency at the 1923 general election. He did not take his seat in the Dáil due to Sinn Féin's abstentionist policy. He did not contest the June 1927 general election. He stood as a Clann na Poblachta candidate at the 1948 general election for the Limerick East constituency but was not elected.

Members of the Fourth Dáil - Seán McGuinness

Seán McGuinness (died 28 October 1978), also known as John McGuinness, was an Irish Republican who was elected to Dáil Éireann but did not take his seat and was later disqualified.
He was elected at the 1923 general election as TD for Laois–Offaly, but never took his seat. He was convicted on 29 October 1925 of assaulting, resisiting and obstructing a sergeant of the Garda Síochána and of a similar charge relating to a Peace Officer. He was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment with hard labour.

He was therefore disqualified from membership of the Dáil on 30 November 1925 under section 51(2)(a) of the Electoral Act 1923.

The resulting by-election for his seat in the 4th Dáil was held on 18 February 1936, and won by the Cumann na nGaedhael candidate, James Dwyer.

He stood as a Fianna Fáil candidate at the 1933, 1937 and 1943 general elections but was not elected.

He stood as a Clann na Poblachta candidate at the 1951 and 1954 general elections for the Sligo–Leitrim constituency but was not elected.
